The International Journal of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (IJTMB) has issued a call for manuscripts. Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts for publication consideration in the areas of news, research, education and practice, along with editorials and commentary. The IJTMB, official journal of the Massage Therapy Foundation, is an online, peer-reviewed, open access scientific journal for the therapeutic massage and bodywork profession.

The journal is currently accepting submissions on an ongoing basis. Beginning in 2009, the journal will publish articles collectively on a quarterly basis as well as individually as they become available for immediate release. This "hybrid" model for publishing the journal's entries accommodates the need for individual scholarly contributions to be released as soon as they become available.
