The Massage Therapy Foundation’s International Massage Therapy Research Conference (IMTRC) was held in Alexandria, VA on May 9 and 10 to a packed crowd. Keynote speaker Helene Langevin, M.D., Director of the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) spoke on the role of connective tissue in chronic musculoskeletal pain, massage and movement-based therapies.
