Massage Envy Offers Support to the United Way
Thanks to the people at Massage Envy, another benefit can be added to the list of many that already exist for massage therapy. Massage Envy is teaming up with the Burlington Northern Railroad to sponsor a United Way fundraising campaign.
Employees of the Burlington National Railroad will be offered 10-minute chair massage sessions from Massage Envy at the price of $1.00 per minute. Massage Envy, the leading provider of massage therapy in the U.S., will send 100 percent of all money raised to benefit the United Way.
"We know that massage therapy has its health benefits," says Larry Stout, Flower Mound Massage Envy owner. "But, at Massage Envy we love to take things a bit further and help out as much as we can. The United Way is an outstanding organization and we're more than happy to help them reach their goals."
This event will take place over the course of two days. The first event will take place September 18th, and the second event is scheduled for September 24th. The events will last from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. each day. The chair massage sessions will be conducted one at a time in private conference rooms by licensed, professional massage therapists from Massage Envy.
Burlington Northern Railroad is sponsoring the United Way campaign this month and asked that Massage Envy play a role in supporting the charity. Massage Envy will also become a wellness partner with Burlington Northern Railroad and their more than 3,000 employees.
At Massage Envy, an introductory one-hour massage session (a 50-minute massage and time for consultation and dressing) is just $39. Memberships are available for $49 per month and include a one-hour massage session. Members may also enjoy unlimited additional one-hour massage sessions at the $39 member rate.
Log on to www.massageenvy.com to find the nearest Massage Envy clinic. There are 26 Massage Envy locations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and 590 nationwide. All are open seven days per week.
